During the late fall and winter months in Michigan, people tend to fall more based on the uncertain surfaces caused by leaves, snow and ice. As we age, it gets harder to control that fall and have a good reaction time to avoid the fall. We can work with you on ways to be better prepared for that falling moment and how to strengthen certain aspects of your body to condition you to react properly to prevent the fall.

I came into the clinic in a lot of pain due to a bulging disc with a pinched nerve. I worked with Jake mainly and I would highly recommend him. He listened to my concerns, made sure I understood what was going on and what I needed to do to make things better and worked with me to achieve that goal.
